St. John Eagles earned their third district win of the season last Friday over Ascension Christian, 59-42.  Devin Brock was the lead scorer with 24 points, followed by Adam Blanchard with 23.

The Eagles repeated their first district victory of the season over Ascension Christian which took place in January.  SJHS squeaked out the win with a two-point 43-41 win, but have shown tremendous improvement on the court after last week’s blowout victory.

They ended the season on the road at Kentwood, but came away just short of a win, 50-57.  Brock was the lead scorer once again with 20 points, followed by Blanchard with 14.

The St. John Eagles earned themselves the 11th overall seed in the Division IV bracket and will host 22-seeded St. Edmund on Friday, Feb. 24.
