The Plaquemine Green Devils (4-3, 3-0) hope to stretch their winning streak to three games when they host St. Michael the Archangel (6-1, 2-1) Friday at Andrew Canova Stadium. PHS is currently in second place in its district, while Lutcher holds the top spot with a record of 6-1 and 4-0.

At White Castle, the Bulldogs (2-5, 1-1) hope to keep their playoff hopes alive Friday against West St. John (5-2, 2-0) in another District 9-1A battle.

 Kickoff for both games is 7 p.m.
