-Larry D. Harden, 4/8/51, 58770 Allen Street, Plaquemine, pled guilty to indecent behavior with a juvenile and cruelty to a juvenile - date of arrest: July 30, 2012. Judge Alvin Batiste ordered a pre-sentencing investigation and ordered a sentencing date of September 11, 2013 at 9 a.m. The plea was obtained by Assistant District Attorney Scott Stassi.

- Polly Robertson, dob: 7/31/1964, Larose, pled guilty to Obtaining CDS by fraud - date of arrest: May 10, 2013. Judge Alvin Batiste imposed a sentence of three years probation. The plea was obtained by Assistant District Attorney Scott Stassi.

- Keyo D. Dunn, 7/8/88, 22720 Blakeney Lane, Plaquemine, pled guilty to three counts of attempted manslaughter - date of arrest: October 29, 2012. Judge Alvin Batiste imposed a sentence of twelve years in the Department of Corrections on each count concurrent with any sentence that he is now serving, suspended all by 15 months and the defendant is to be placed on probation for five years whenever released.
