A 36-year-old Missouri man was charged with exposing a partner to HIV, and officials believe he may have exposed more than 300 people total to the virus. David Mangum admitted to police that he frequently had unprotected one-night stands with people since he was diagnosed with HIV in 2003. Mangum could get 15 years in prison for knowingly exposing people to HIV.
