East Iberville hosts classroom management presentation

East Iberville School welcomed Harry Wong Classroom Management Specialist Chelonnda Seroyer Jan. 21, in the school library. Emphasizing the importance of classroom management and organization, Seroyer shared compelling evidence that proves students thrive on routine and order for optimal achievement in the classroom. Seroyer said teachers can affect such change through establishing a classroom culture of management and caring. The six-hour presentation equipped teachers with tools and strategies to implement in their classrooms. All faculty participated in the professional development activities.
