District Attorney reports multiple convictions

PLAQUEMINE – 18th Judicial District Attorney Richard J. Ward Jr. reports the following convictions beginning the week of Feb. 10 before Judge Alvin Batiste.

- Robin King Rivero, 47, 35404 La. 75, Plaquemine, convicted of distribution of schedule II controlled dangerous substance and possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substance and sentenced to 10 years with the Department of Corrections which was suspended and placed on five years probation.

- Dwayne E. Tullier, 43, 59655 La. 1148, Plaquemine, convicted of distribution of schedule II controlled dangerous substance and sentenced to five years with the Department of Corrections which was suspended and placed on five years probation.

- Monroe Cleveland Lewis, 31, 39185 La. 75, Plaquemine, convicted of possession with intent to distribute schedule II controlled dangerous substance and distribution of schedule II controlled dangerous substance and sentenced to five years with the department of corrections which was suspended and placed on five years probation.

- Kelvin Green, 31, 24825 Joe Davis Road, Plaquemine, convicted of two counts of synthetic cannabinoids and sentenced to one year with the Department of Corrections which was suspended and placed on two years probation.

- Lisa Haynes, 53, 1512 Satisbury Drive, Baton Rouge, convicted of conspiracy to commit identity theft and sentenced to two years with the Department of Corrections which was suspended and placed on two years probation.

- Nicholas Fobb, 25, 12093 Roddy Road, Gonzales, convicted of possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substance and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Sentencing set for March 12.
