Second Baptist Church hosts Women Conference

PLAQUEMINE – The Second Baptist Church Women Ministry’s 2014 Women Conference was held at the church March 22.

The theme was Women of God - Breaking Chains. Over 150 women registered.

Chairperson First Lady Clonise Stewart and the ministry thanks speakers Lady Nicole Whaley of Congregation Church of God in Plaquemine, Prophetess Robbin Hardy of Faith, Hope and Love Worship Centers of St. Francisville and Baton Rouge and Lady Shevelle Ford of Higher Ground International Ministries of Plaquemine.

Mistress of Service was Evangelist Bridgette W. Scott of Mt. Cyrene Baptist Church

SBC Women Ministry is already making preparations for the 2015 Women Conference.
