District Attorney reports multiple convictions

PLAQUEMINE – 18^th Judicial District Attorney Richard J. Ward Jr. reports the following convictions from March 31 before Judge William Dupont.

- Jairay White, 18, 58374 Plaquemine St., Plaquemine, convicted of one count of attempted possession of firearm by convicted felon and one count of theft of firearm and sentenced to nine years at the Department of Corrections.

- Jason Scarborough, 18, 3939 Ryan St., Lake Charles, convicted of third offense DWI and sentenced to one year at the Department of Corrections.

- Brodrico Dunn, 39, 50095 Main St., Plaquemine, convicted of simple burglary and sentenced to three years at the Department of Corrections which was suspended and put on probation for three years.
