Deidre Cruse Memorial Scholarship ongoing

PLAQUEMINE - Each year the Friends of the Iberville Public Libraries sponsor a scholarship through the LSU Manship School of Mass Communication in memory of Deidre Cruse, a long time reporter for the Plaquemine Post South and a board member of Friends of the Library. 

This scholarship targets a female student majoring in journalism at LSU.

Anyone interested in contributing to the scholarship fund should contact Elizabeth Haynes at the main branch of the Iberville Parish Library in Plaquemine 687-2520.
