The former Feld Entertainment headquarters has been sold for $4.175 million to 84 Lumber Corporation.

Feld Entertainment's former global headquarters in Palmetto was sold this month in an all-cash deal totaling $4.175 million.

The gated 10-acre site, at 1315 17th Street East in Palmetto, was sold to 84 Lumber Corporation on May 14. Angelia Young of A. Young Realty Group Inc. was both the listing and selling agent in the transaction.

The property contains corporate upscale offices and three large warehouses of 80,000 square feet. It was built more than 30 years ago to be the global headquarters of Feld Entertainment. In 2012, the company moved from the 17th Street location to its current headquarters in Ellenton.

84 Lumber Company has purchased the former Feld Entertainment headquarters in Palmetto.

84 Lumber is a Pennsylvania-based chain that supplies building materials in warehouse-like spaces. The company currently has a location at 2800 15th St. E. in Bradenton.

Feld productions include Monster Jam, Disney On Ice, Disney Live! and Sesame Street Live!
