Plaquemine Lock House to have windows tinted

The Friends of The Plaquemine Lock Board recently voted to accept a bid to have the windows of the lockhouse tinted. Most of the funding for the project will come from a grant from The Dow Chemical Company. Board members seated at the table are from left, secretary Charlene Bishop, Elgene Guillot, Joyce B.
