Iberville Parish 4-H Fall Carnival draws crowd

PLAQUEMINE - 4-H’ers from across Iberville Parish gathered on Oct. 16, 2012, to celebrate the beginning of the  2012-2013 school year at the Iberville Parish 4-H Fall Carnival. 

Participants enjoyed playing traditional carnival games, including pie throwing, three-legged races, musical chairs, pecan sack races, bobbing for apples, outdoor bowling, football toss, and pumpkin  decorating.

They also competed in a Halloween Costume Contest, put their modeling skills the test in a photo booth, and had their faces painted while working in teams.

2012 Fall Carnival Participants were Dajah Askins, Christian Barbarin, Blake Barbay, Gabrielle Barbier, Alexa Beard, Andre' Blanchard, Danielle Blanchard, Ainsley Booksh, LouAnna Brigalia, Julia Bucher, Katie Carville, Alyssa Daigle, Ethan Daigle, Kaleigh Daniel, Asiynn Davis, Emily Deslatte, Emma Hargrove, Raylan Hracek, Elise Jackson, DiMya Jefferson, Aysa Jenkins, Arianna Koulpasis, Chloe LeBlanc, Clay LeBlanc, Claire Martinez, Jalen Mulmore, Noah Pate, Hallie Rivet, Justin Rivet, Gracie Romero,  Bailey Romero and Brooks Whittington.

Fall Carnival Jr. Leader Volunteers were Morgan Badeaux, Madalynn Barbay, Anna Catherine Caerello, Hallie Callegan, Jaira Deggs, Gabrielle Deslatte,  Kase Kolder, Kayla Landry, Olivia Ledet, Troy Martin, Hunter Monismith, Elise Persick, Anna Raffray, Monica Rivet,  Racheal Sandidge, Ivon Smothers, Sophia Tempanero and Joseph Zito.
