The 24rd Habitat for Humanity home is currently being built in Plaquemine on Federal Street. Jack Franklin (right of the sign) leads a men's group at First Baptist Church that do many service projects for others including building for Habitat for Humanity. With him is from left, his son David Franklin, fellow builder Jerry Moore who has build over 40 Habitat homes, and his granddaughter Mary Franklin. Also helping to build this home are volunteers from St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church.
