Benefit for Bengy Bolotte April 7

A benefit for Bengy Bolotte will be held April 7 at Carbo's Seafood located at 35806 La. 75 in Bayou Pigeon.

Bolotte was in a hunting accident Jan. 4 and had to have his leg amputated below the knee.

Jambalaya, white beans, salad and roll will be served from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. for a $6 donation. Boiled crawfish and turtle sauce piquant will also be available.

Dis & Dat and D.J. Dennis Stewart will perform with a live band around 1 p.m.

Auction starts at 3 p.m. followed by drawing for raffle. There will also be a cake sale.
