District Attorney Richard J. Ward reports the following convictions on February 27, 2013 and March 5, 2013 before Judge William Dupont:

-Kevin Creel, dob 8/8/81, 59250 Belleview Road, Plaquemine, convicted of possession of Schedule II controlled dangerous substance and sentenced to five year at the Department of Corrections, three years suspended and convicted of possession of Schedule IV controlled dangerous substance and sentenced to three years at the Department of Corrections – given five years probation.

-James Deloch, dob 10/20/82, 5042 Byron St., Baton Rouge, convicted of possession of Schedule II and sentenced to five years at the Department of Corrections, given five years probation.

-Trumaine Bush, 2/27/84, 3510 Prescott Road, Baton Rouge, convicted of obtaining CDs by fraud and sentenced to five years at the Department of Corrections, given five years probation.

-Patrick Marshall, 11/12/92, 77110 Jackson St., Maringouin, convicted of second degree battery and sentenced to three years at the Department of Corrections, given three years probation.

-Nicholas Mims, 7/25/92, 10500 Lions Ave, Maringouin, LA, convicted of second degree battery and sentenced to three years at the Department of Corrections, given three years probation.

-Derrick Keith Miller, 11/14/77, 32239 Doc Dean Street, White Castle, convicted of possession of a Schedule I controlled dangerous substance – second offense and sentenced to two years at the Department of Corrections, given two years probation.
