Iberville Museum July 4th Celebration features Atchafalaya Lagniappe exhibit

The Iberville Museum's July 4th Celebration hosted Grosse Tete artist Gene Seneca and his Atchafalaya Lagniappe exhibit on Thursday, July 4. Seneca entertained visitors with stories of his work in the Atchafalaya Basin and demonstrated the art of cypress carving. Iberville Museum Association board members, James "Fry" Hymel and Stella Tanoos, visit with Atchafalaya artisan Gene Seneca at the museum's Fourth of July festivities. The Iberville Museum is located at 57735 Main Street in Plaquemine.
