ST. GABRIEL - Alexander Wright accepted a donation from East Iberville INC – Industry Neighbor Companies for the local food pantry on July 15.

EI-INC donated cases of rice, peanut butter, jelly, green beans and corn.  These items will be added to the food bank to assist the 135 families in the community who use this service.

Extra food is needed during the summer since children are out of school and eat most meals at home.

Harvest Supermarket of Geismar helped EI-INC help the community by delivering the purchased food to City Hall.

East Iberville INC (Industry Neighbor Companies) includes Mexichem Fluor Americas, Olin, PCS, Syngenta, Taminco, TOTAL Petrochemicals USA, Inc. and Williams Olefins.

East Iberville INC’s mission is to develop, coordinate and enhance good neighbor relationships to continuously improve the East Iberville community.
