TAF Teaching Award for Mathematics presented to Vaughn at LSU University College Spring Awards reception

BATON ROUGE – LSU University College presented its annual "Celebration of Excellence" Spring Awards Reception on Wednesday, March 20, at The Club at LSU Union Square. University College awarded $49,250 through 54 scholarships, $9,500 through nine LSU faculty teaching awards and one LSU Advisor of the Year Award.
"One of the highlights of each academic year is for University College to reward outstanding academic achievement with the various scholarships and awards we have available through gifts from our benefactors," said Paul Ivey, executive director of LSU University College. "Our Spring 2013 'Celebration of Excellence' ceremony provided us the opportunity to publicly recognize these high academic achievers within our college."
University College salutes these deserving LSU students and faculty in succeeding in their academic achievements, and expresses our gratitude to parents and friends for their continued support.
