Plaquemine Elks Lodge #1398 is featured on the cover of the “Elks National Magazine” for October 2013 with a six-page article on the lodge. The lodge was chartered in 1920 and in 2011 became an All-American Lodge with the highest per capita of contributions to the Elks National Foundation.
