White Castle High School Alumni Federation announces homecoming activities

WHITE CASTLE – The White Castle High School Alumni Association have announced activities planned for homecoming.

All are welcome to come and enjoy our Bulldog Spirit as we celebrate 75 years of memories in our old WCHS School Gym and promote school pride throughout the Town of White Castle.

Homecoming coronation begins at White Castle High School Oct. 9 at 6:30 p.m.

A pep rally is scheduled for 2 p.m. Oct. 10 at White Castle High School followed by an Alumni Basketball Game vs. Sunshine High School (East Iberville) at 6:30 p.m. at the White Castle Community Center.

A community prayer is scheduled for 8 a.m. Oct. 11 at the center with an all day tailgating party.

The homecoming parade begins at 3 p.m. Lineup at 2 p.m. at Chateau Blanc.

Alumni pre-game activities begin at 6:30 p.m. at Milton "Rocky" Ourso Jr. Stadium with kickoff against East Iberville set for 7 p.m.

An alumni reception will be held at the White Castle Community Center immediately following football game.
