St. John Middle School Jr. Beta Club held its induction and installation of officers ceremony on Oct. 14. St. John inducted 13 new members into the National Jr. Beta Club.

St. John Middle School Jr. Beta Club held its induction and installation of officers ceremony on Oct. 14. St. John inducted 13 new members into the National Jr. Beta Club. Students belonging to Jr. Beta have met the criteria of academic achievement and displayed exemplary attitudes. Members of Jr. Beta portray the ideals of character, service and leadership in their school and community. Dori Harris, sponsor, also presented pins and certificates to 19 new members. The students inducted were Emma Bates, Brandon Berthelot, Benjamin Bucher, Katie Carville, Shelby Cheramie, Margo Crockett, Caleb Kleinpeter, Kase Kolder, Clayton LeBlanc, Sarah Grace LoBue, Kamryn Messina, Mary Claire Morel, Madison Nicolosi, Morgan Noel, Justin Rivet, Grace Robichaux, Gracie Romero, Brooks Whittington and Alise Wille. Officer include president - Zoe Bertrand, vice president - Elizabeth Bueche, secretary - Samantha Fleniken and treasurer - Sarah Caballero. Other members include Grant Cedotal, Makayla Correll, Sydney David, Carolyne Glaser, Hannah Hargrove, Brennan Little and Robbi Seneca. Lesa Sanchez and Dori Harris are Jr. Beta sponsors.
