WBR Museum hosting JFK Book Club

PORT ALLEN - The West Baton Rouge Museum in partnership with the West Baton Rouge Parish Library is hosting a Book Club to accompany the traveling exhibit, "Capturing Camelot: The Kennedy Years" and to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the assassination of President John Fitzgerald Kennedy.

Participants will read Jack Kennedy: Elusive Hero by Chris Matthews.

The Book Club discussion will be held Oct. 31 from 12:30 - 2:30 p.m. at the West Baton Rouge Museum and will be moderated by historian Dr. Paul Paskoff.

Registration is required for this free program. Loan copies of the book will be provided to the first 25 participants. Copies may be checked out in advance at the West Baton Rouge Museum.
