The children of George Donald and Jo Ann Patton Berger happily announce their parents' 50th wedding anniversary.

George and Jo Ann were married on August 17, 1963, in Chickasaw, Alabama by Dr. Bob Barker, Sr.

They have two daughters, Pamela Moreland and Kimberly Greene, and two granddaughters, Hayley and Alexandra Moreland.

Throughout their years of marriage, they have been great examples of Christ's love, commitment, and service.

For the past 20 years, George has served as Director of Missions for the Baptist churches in the Hattiesburg, Mississippi area, and Jo Ann has retired after 32 years of teaching.

Prior to moving to Hattiesburg, during his 30 years as pastor, George served in Springfield and Plaquemine, Louisiana, and Sumrall and Pascagoula, Mississippi, with Jo Ann by his side.

This announcement is made with much love and many wishes for a happy anniversary from their family.
