Meagan Ann Himel and Brandon Dale Chatham, both of Youngsville, will marry in a 6:30 p.m. ceremony Sept. 27 at the Fleur de Lis Event Center in Mandeville.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Harold Himel Sr. of Plaquemine and the late Frances Ann Himel. She is the granddaughter of Conrad and Beverly Joffrion of Plaquemine and the late Barbara Himel and Geneve Himel. She is a 2008 graduate of St. John High School and a two-time graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, holding a Master’s degree in Business Administration. She is employed with Quality Companies USA as a Benefits Administrator.

The prospective groom is the son of Dale and Darlene Chatham of Slidell. He is the grandson of Gerald and Patsy Chatham of Gulfport, Ms. and Ona Lee Williams of Ocean Springs, Ms. and the late Edwin Williams. He is a 2005 graduate of Northshore High School and a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a Bachelor’s degree in Land and Resource Management. He is employed as the Senior Procurement Specialist for Greenfield Energy Service.
