Eligible parties for this assistance are low to moderate income families who earn less that $49,000 in 2010 and had dependent children living with them in 2010. Earned income tax credit possible is up to $5,000 or more.

Returns are filed electronically, or if you choose to send your refund via direct deposit to a bank, the refund can be sent in 7-10 days.
