Tuesday's Weather in Iberville: From record highs to record lows?
The departure of Tropical Storm Lee has taken away the rain clouds and replaced them with crystal blue skies across Iberville Parish.
Along with the clear skies has come a sample of autumn temperatures, and a possible record low for tonight.
The National Weather Service has forecasted an overnight low of 54, which would break the previous record of 56 set in 1934.
Daytime highs will reach the upper 70s today and tomorrow (Wednesday), with lows in the mid 50s once again Wednesday night.
Brisk northerly winds will accompany the cooler temperatures.
A slight warming trend begins Thursday, with highs approaching the mid 80s and lows in the 60s.
No rain is in the forecast, and the ozone range calls for a Code Green, which puts air quality in the good range.
