TUESDAY'S FORECAST ... Rain enters picture

Rain enters the forecast today, some of it possibly severe.

An 80 percent chance of rain is in the forecast for this afternoon and tonight. Winds will be from the SSW at 22 mph.

Temperatures will turn cooler tonight, with lows in the mid 40s. Rain chance is 60 percent.

Wednesday brings clear, cool weather. Highs will be in the lower 60s under mostly sunny skies.

A slight warming trend is expected Thursday, with highs in the upper 60s and lows in the upper 60s.

A 30 percent chance of rain is in Friday’s forecast. Highs will reach the mid 70s and lows will drop to the lower 60s.

Scattered thunderstorms are expected for Saturday, with highs in the mid 70s and lows around 60.
