THURSDAY'S FORECAST ... Enjoy sunny weather while it remains

Partly cloudy skies remain in the forecast through Thursday for Iberville Parish, but a wet weekend is on the way.

Daytime highs for Wednesday and Thursay will inch toward 80, with overnight lows in the lower to middle 60s.

A slow-moving low pressure system creeps into the area Friday, bringing a wet weather pattern that will remain through the beginning of next week.

A 50 percent rain probability is on tap for Friday, increasing to 70 percent for Saturday and Sunday.

Daytime highs will reach the middle 70s, while lows will drop into the mid 60s.

Rain continues Monday, with a 60 percent chance of percipitation looming. Highs will reach the middle 70s.

The rain chance will decrease to 40 percent on Tuesday, with highs peaking above 80. Lows will fall to around 60.

Sunny kies return Wednesday, with highs maxing out at 80. Lows will drop into the upper 50s under sunny skies.
