MONDAY FORECAST ... Warm for last day of winter

The last day of winter brings will be consistent with conditions most of the season -- with unseasonably warm temperatures.

Highs today will reach the low to mid 80s under partly cloudy skies, under brisk southeasterly winds of 10-15 mph.

Overnight lows will drop to the mid 60s, with increasing cloudiness.

Rainy, windy conditions are expected for Tuesday. A 60 percent chance of rain is in the forecast, with highs in the lower 80s.

Winds will be from the southeast at 20-30 mph.

Soggy conditions could linger several days.

The chance of rain stands at 70 percent for Wednesday and Thursday, with highs in the uper 70s.

The rainy weather pattern ends Friday. Temperatures will be slightly cooler, with highs around 80 and lows in the upper 50s.

No rain is expected for the weekend.
