A typical Iberville Parish home listed for $232,450 in June, down 3.1% from the previous month's $239,950, an analysis of data from shows.

The median list home price in June was down about 5% from June 2021. Iberville Parish's median home was 1,952 square feet for a listed price of $128 per square foot.
