Shreveport police on the scene of a shooting involving a juvenile on Lillian Street

Police and emergency crews are on the scene of a fatal shooting at Lillian St. in Shreveport at 12:15 p.m. on Thursday.

Police say a juvenile victim was shot in the back five times.

Neighbors say they saw the suspect leaving the scene on foot.  

According to police, the suspect may be on foot or in a vehicle, but there are no descriptions available at this time. 

Leandera Hampton, a resident of the neighborhood said she heard about 5 shots. She says she ran downstairs the body on the ground.
