Memorial Services were held Saturday, Dec. 17, 2011 at a

Celebration of Life Service in The Episcopal Church of the Holy Communion in Plaquemine for Carolyn Robertson Templet, 77, who

passed away peacefully Saturday, Dec. 10, 2011 in Lafayette.

Inurnment was held in Grace Memorial Cemetery following the services.

Reverend Karen R. Gay officiated the Celebration of Life services. Medric

Smith performed the musical selections.

Survivors include her three sons, Dr. Ronald Daigle and his wife, Dr.

Patricia Cran and their two children, Adam and Ainsley Daigle; Michael

Daigle and his daughter, Kate; Tommy Daigle and his wife, Penny and his

daughter, Jade Fournet and her husband, Cody and their son, Chandler

Fournet; and her dearest and closest friend, Louise Davis.

She was preceded in death by her husband, J. Randolph Templet, Jr.; her

parents, Sumner Daniel and Mary Bolin Robertson; and one brother, S.D.

Robertson, Jr.

A native of Freeport, Texas and resident of Plaquemine for most of her life,

Templet was a loving wife, and friend to all who knew her. She worked

as a secretary for many years before her retirement. She enjoyed spending

time with family and friends and will be dearly missed by all who knew and

loved her.
