St. John's Lady Eagles dominated Plaquemine High's Lady Green Devils in a match last week, completing a 3-1 record

The St. John Lady Eagles volleyball team won three games last week and lost only one, bringing their season to date record to 8-4.
The team began the week beating Plaquemine High in three straight sets, 25-15. 25-9 and 25-9.
The Lady Eagles ran a little short of luck against University High of Baton Rouge and lost the three sets against them, 17-25, 20-25 and 20-25.
They bounced back against False River Academy of New Roads in their three-set match, 25-9, 25-10 and 25-19 and continued the win streak against The Church Academy, winning their three sets in that matchup with scores of 25-11, 25-14 and 25-10.
Leading in the team's stats for the week were Robbi Seneca with five aces, 13 kills, 85 assists and nine digs. Right behind Seneca was Grace Robichaux with 11 aces, 49 kills and 14 digs.
The rest of the team's stats were Sarah Caballero with four aces, two kills, nine assists and 13 digs, Carolyne Glaser with seven aces, 31 kills, one assist and 11 digs, Hannah Hargrove with 14 kills and one assist and Maddie Young with seven aces, 17 kills, five asssists and 18 digs.
