The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns football team meets UTSA in the 2020 First Responder Bowl on Saturday, Dec. 26.

Louisiana defeats UTSA 31-24.

UTSA went to 7-5 overall. The UL Ragin' Cajuns, ranked No. 17 in the Amway Coaches Poll, improved to 10-1 overall.

Louisiana running back Trey Ragas ran 1 yard for a touchdown with 7:16 left in the fourth quarter. It put UL up 31-24 vs. UTSA.

Frank Harris touchdown pass to Joshua Cephus

UTSA quarterback Frank Harris threw a 10-yard touchdown pass to wide receiver Joshua Cephus with 4:09 left in the third quarter. It cut the Louisiana lead to 24-21.

Elijah Mitchell touchdown run

Louisiana running back Elijah Mitchell ran 3 yards for a touchdown with 14:19 left in the third quarter. It put UL up 24-7 vs. UTSA.

UL's Ferrod Gardner recovers UTSA's Frank Harris fumble

Louisiana linebacker Ferrod Gardner recovered a fumble by UTSA quarterback Frank Harris with 14:23 left in the third quarter. Harris was hit at the UTSA 15-yard line, and Gardner recovered the ball at the UTSA 3-yard line.

Levi Lewis touchdown pass to Kyren Lacy 

UL Ragin' Cajuns quarterback Levi Lewis threw a 10-yard touchdown pass to wide receiver Kyren Lacy with 1:21 left in the second quarter. It put Louisiana up 17-7 vs. UTSA.

Levi Lewis touchdown pass to Jalen Williams

Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns quarterback Levi Lewis threw a 15-yard touchdown pass to receiver Jalen Williams with 10:43 left in the first half. With Kenneth Almendares' extra point, Louisiana took a 7-0 lead vs. UTSA.
