Dutch Fork wide receiver Bryce Thompson, a USC recruit, scores a touchdown for South Carolina in the Sandlappers' 55-24 loss Saturday.

Bryce Thompson committed to South Carolina in December but didn't sign with the Gamecocks on National Signing Day in February.

He's now set to enroll at another SEC school.

The four-star athlete from Dutch Fork High School in Irmo, S.C., confirmed to GoVols247 on Wednesday that he was on his way to Tennessee to join the Vols as a late addition to their 2018 recruiting class after visiting them twice over the past few months.

First-session summer classes at Tennessee started Thursday, and most of the Vols' remaining Class of 2018 signees have arrived in Knoxville over the past few days.
