White Castle's Bulldogs double down on East Iberville's Tigers

The Bulldogs of White Castle High, a perennial basketball powerhouse, outscored the Tigers of East Iberville High by a margin of 70-33 last Friday night.

With the win, the Bulldogs improve their overall record to 13-5. 

White Castle High was led in scoreing by Tre Melancon with 24 points, with half of those points coming as three-pointers. He also grabbed five rebounds in the win. 

Also providing significant assistance in the win was Kenneth Bracken with 11 points, six assists and two rebounds. He was closely matched by Tamarcus Fair with 10 points, six rebounds and an assist.

Other Bulldogs lighting up the scoreboard were Unique Young iwith seven points, an assist and a rebound, Cartier Young with six points and a rebound and Keyon Giroir with six points and five rebounds.

Darien Pierce added two points to the Bulldogs' scoring, along with four assists and two rebounds, while Darius Reneau added two points and a rebound and Quincy Bonney put two points on the board as well.
