Jalen Clark, Alabama Christian 

Clark, a Louisiana commitment, was the most valuable player in the River Region. The Eagles quarterback found a community at ACA off the field and dominated on it. Clark now holds the ACA program-record with 47 touchdowns, a mark he set with a trick-play receiving touchdown.

QB: Jalen Clark, Alabama Chr., Sr., 6-2, 185

Class 4A All-State second team. Led ACA to the Class 4A quarterfinals. Totaled 47 touchdowns in 12 games. Twenty-five of his scores were rushing. 

RB: Quinshon Judkins, Pike Road, Jr., 5-10, 170

Class 5A All-State first team. Helped Pike Road reach second round of playoffs. Recorded 26 touchdowns for the Patriots. Totaled 1,482 rushing yards. 

RB: Jeremiah Cobb, Montgomery Catholic, So., 5-11, 180

Class 3A All-State first team. Rushed for 1,912 yards and 18 touchdowns. Also recorded 191 receiving yards and two scores.

RB: Cosner Harrison, St. James, So., 6-0, 190 

Class 4A All-State second team. Ran for 1,777 yards behind an underclassmen offensive line. Scored 23 touchdowns to help the Trojans into the postseason

WR: Myles Butler, Montgomery Catholic, Sr., 6-3, 184

Class 3A All-State first team. Posted 1,258 receiving yards and 12 touchdowns. Had one punt return touchdown. Two-time All-Metro.

WR: Brandon Bowman, Wetumpka, Sr., 5-10, 185

Class 6A All-State second team. Had 13 total touchdowns (five receiving, four rushing and four passing). Produced 1,148 total yards of offense.

WR: Harrison Wallace, Pike Road, Sr., 6-2, 185

Class 5A All-State second team. Posted nine total touchdowns — seven receiving, one rushing, one kickoff return. Totaled 696 receiving yards.

OL: Anquin Barnes, Lee, Sr., 6-6, 320

Class 6A All-State first team. Posted 36 pancakes and graded at 92%. Defensively, he had 30 tackles, two sacks and six pass breakups.

OL: Thomas Kirkham, Montgomery Aca., Sr., 6-4, 315

Class 3A All-State first team. Posted a 91% blocking grade and pancaked 51 defenders. Three-time All-Metro.

OL: Thomas Franklin, Lowndes Aca., Sr., 6.2, 230

AISA All-State second team. Helped get Rebels into the postseason. Drew a 90% grade with 10 pancakes. AISA All-Star. Two-time All-Metro. 

OL: Ben Barker, Wetumpka, Sr., 6-0, 280

Class 6A honorable mention. Didn't allow a sack in 197 snaps. Graded out at 91% for Wetumpka's offensive line. 

OL: James Snead, Montgomery Aca., Sr., 6-4, 220

Graded out at 92%, the highest-rated lineman on the 13-win Eagles. Had 11 pancakes.

PK: Alex Kohn, Montgomery Aca., Jr., 5-9, 165

Class 3A All-State first team . Didn't miss an extra point attempt in 49 tries. Went 10 for 12 on field goals, the longest being a 45-yarder. Kicked 35 touchbacks. Recovered two onside kicks personally. Caught three touchdowns. 

ATH: Reginald Davis, Lee, Sr., 6-1, 183

Class 6A All-State first team. Took snaps at running back and as a wildcat quarterback. Averaged 229.8 yards a game. Posted 19 total touchdowns. Led the South in rushing in Alabama's All-Star game.

DL: William Whitlow Jr., Stanhope Elmore, Sr., 6-3, 255

Class 6A All-State first team. Ninety-nine total tackles in 10 games. Rattled off 43 tackles for loss, 12 sacks, 34 quarterback pressures, two blocked punts, three forced fumbles and a touchdown. Two-time All-Metro. 

DL: Khurtiss Perry, Park Crossing, Jr., 6-3, 265

Class 6A All-State first team (second-straight year). Posted 29 tackles, 14 of which were for a loss in 11 games. Two-time All-Metro.

DL: Miller McCarthy, Alabama Chr., Sr., 6-0, 205 

Class 4A All-State first team. Led the Eagles defense with 124 total tackles, setting the program record. Had three forced turnovers. 

DL: Joseph Benton, Edgewood, Sr., 6-3, 225

AISA All-State second team. Compiled 75 total tackles, 20 of which were behind the line of scrimmage. Also had two sacks.

LB: Ian Jackson, Prattville, Sr., 6-3, 220

Class 7A All-State first team. Posted 106 total tackles, two sacks and one forced fumble. Had 10 tackles for loss in 11 games. Two-time All-Metro.

LB: T.J. Dudley, Montgomery Catholic, Jr., 6-3, 225

Class 3A All-State first team. Racked up 112 total tackles. Also made nine tackles for loss, one sack and picked off one pass. Two-time All-Metro. 

LB: Walton Cherry, Trinity, Sr., 6-2, 205 

Totaled 123 tackles, 10 quarterback hurries two sacks and three fumble recoveries. Offensively, had three carries for two touchdowns. Posted seven tackles in the Alabama North-South All-Star game.

LB: Mikey Forney, Holtville, So., 6-2, 200

Class 5A All-State second team. Recorded 131 total tackles, two forced fumbles, a pair of sacks and four pass breakups. Two-time All-Metro.

DB: Juwon Gaston, G.W. Carver, Sr., 6-1, 190

Played on both sides of the ball for Carver. Scored six total touchdowns – three kickoff returns, one punt return. Defensively had 54 tackles and four interceptions. Posted four tackles in the AL-MS All-Star game.

DB: Parker Lee Harris, Lowndes Aca., Jr., 5-9, 150

AISA All-State second team. Posted 19 total tackles and five interceptions. Tied for third-most interceptions in AISA. 

DB: Kylon Griffin, Montgomery Catholic, Jr., 6-2, 180

Was the Knights' primary cover corner. Posted 36 tackles and pulled down two interceptions. Also posted four special teams touchdowns.

DB: Jake Hufham, Trinity, Sr., 6-2, 167

Finished with 10 pass break-ups, 49 tackles, one fumble recovery and two interceptions. Offensively, had eight touchdowns and 764 yards as a wide receiver. Two-time All-Metro. 

P: Britton Kohn, Montgomery Aca., Sr., 6-2, 195

Class 3A All-State first team. Two-time All-State. Also played quarterback (17 total touchdowns and 1,540 yards). Each punt averaged 40.2 yards. 

ATH: Blake Durham, Pike Road, Sr., 6-2, 190 

Had 119 total tackles, including 17 for a loss, seven sacks and 11 interceptions. Also the leading receiver on 11-win Patriot team. Earned eight touchdowns through 822 receiving yards.
