Lady Devils win three at Brusly Tourney

BRUSLY - Plaquemine (6-3) defeated White Castle 26-24, 25-22 on Thursday in the Brusly Tournament before falling to Baton Rouge 17-25, 15-25, defeating Broadmoor 25-22, 25-15 and Southern Lab 25-16, 25-17 and falling to host Brusly 13-25, 13-25 on Saturday.

Oneisha Batiste had three kills and seven digs against White Castle, while Mia Johnson had four kills, Heather Honore six digs and four assists, Kamryn Landry two digs and Olivia Georgetown four digs.

Batiste had seven digs and four assists against Baton Rouge while Honore had six digs and assists, Amber Harris had four kills and three digs, Landry six digs, Georgetown two kills, three digs and three aces and Darylniece Tillman two kills and three blocks.

Batiste had four kills, eight digs and five assists against Broadmoor. Johnson had two kills and blocks, while Honore had five digs, nine assists and two aces, Harris five kills, two digs and four aces, Landry seven digs, Georgetown three kills and two digs and Tillman three kills and three digs.

Harris had four kills and aces against Southern Lab. Batiste added three kills, three digs and three assists, while Honore had eight assists and three aces, Landry seven digs, Georgetown three kills and two digs and aces and Tillman three kills.

Batiste had four digs and two assists against Brusly and was selected to the All-Tournament team. Honore added six digs and five assists, while Harris had two kills, Landry six digs, Georgetown four kills and eight digs and Tillan three digs and three blocks.
