Lady Devils fall to Central, St. Michael in District 4-II

PLAQUEMINE - Plaquemine fell to Central 16-25, 18-25, 14-25 on Thursday and St. Michael the Archangel 13-25, 14-25, 12-25 on Tuesday in District 4-II play.

The Lady Devils, (11-12, 0-5), under coach John Badeaux, also defeated Scotlandville 25-16, 25-17 and St. James 25-10, 25-13 in the Woodlawn Tournament before falling to Northlake Christian 8-25, 8-25 and St. John 4-25, 9-25.

Darylniece Tillman had six kills and two blocks against Central. Amber Harris had five kills and Oneisha Batiste 11 assists and eight digs.

Harris had six kills and three aces against Scotlandville. Tillman added four kills and Heather Honore had eight assists.

Tillman had nine kills against St. James.  Rachel Ellis added three and Harris and Honore each two.
