Coach D's Girls Basketball Camp 4 FUN-da-mentals April 13

PLAQUEMINE - Coach D's Girls Basketball Camp 4 FUN-da-mentals will be held Saturday, April 13 from 8:30 a.m. – noon at Plaquemine High School's Gymnasium.

Camp instructors include Plaquemine head girls basketball coach Brannon Dillon and assistant coach Kenneth "BC" Washington

Participants (girls only) in grades 5-12.

Sessions 1: The first 60 Participants to register ONLY.

$20 Camp Purpose: Each camper will be exposed to the basic fundamentals of the game including ball handling, passing and receiving, dribbling, shooting, and defense.

Competitive Contests: If time permits, at the end of the session the students will compete in a game that is designed to work on the various fundamental skills learned through a competitive contest. These contests are designed not only to be a great teaching tool, but to be enjoyable to the campers as well.

Other sessions may follow depending on success of the camp!

Please make sure your child eats a good breakfast because lunch will not be provided. Also, please be on time to pick up your child. Water will be provided.
